Digital Goods Purchase Policy
Purchase and Delivery:
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive their digital product immediately. The delivery of the digital product is automated by our Shopify store system.
- If you couldn’t download the file or find the link as well, first check your site, device or internet again.
Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the digital product have been accessed, downloaded, or used. We encourage customers to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

- For any issues related to the digital product or if you did not receive the digital product after purchase, please contact our customer support immediately. We aim to resolve all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
